The company manufactures vertical machining centres with starting range from 600 to 3200 mm x travel in economical and standard models. They also manufacture high-speed vertical machining centres with 20000 rpm; and machines with high-speed rapid feed rate 36/36/24 m/min with 24 tools atc. Product specifications are as follows: x/y/z travel 650/480/510 mm; 20-arm type tool changer; job weight 600 kg; constructed in high quality robust castings, 3-axis equipped with 40 mm dia c3 class high precision ball screw mounted with double ball screw support bearings [p4 class], 3-axis slide ways hardened and precision ground coated with turcite-b directly connected with ball screw and ac servo motors, built-in head oil tank to reduce heat displacement from spindle rotation; spindle motor rotation and heads up/down movements, always maintain the best thermal controlled accuracy on z-axis. |
