| Rollon bearings has introduced castfil, the universal cold weld metal repair and maintenance system. It is a technically advanced, versatile, durable, two part epoxy based compound with special wear resistant additives for maintenance and repair of a broad range of equipment in all industries. Castfil is self-lubricating compound that possesses high mechanical strength, bonds strongly to most metals and offers long life protection against wear, abrasion, corrosion and chemicals. It can be drilled, machined, tapped or painted. The system is fast and cuts down valuable production downtime. Its adhesion assures reliable performance. It can be easily machined to exact tolerances. The tough resin structure resists mechanical shocks. Castfil is available in two forms: ptfe putty and brushable. These are epoxy formulations designed to suit the stringent requirements of any industry. They are specially formulated to reduce corrosion. It is usable effectively to arrest leakages in pipes tanks and also can fill eroded, corroded parts or cavitations. It finds applications in shipping textile cement paper and pulp industry.
