Spring loaded uni-directional check valves [cim-32] provided by project equipment. These check valves find its typical application for heating, sanitary, compressed air systems, pumps, autoclaves handling water, air, vacuum, etc. These valves can also be used in vertical, horizontal or oblique pipelines to allow flow in one direction. Main features of these valves include: very low pressure drop, prevent water hammer, compact design, noiseless operation, dent-proof hostaform soft seating, full area equal to nominal size, compact male x female design required inner little space. The spring loaded inner valve opens and lifts under pressure of 10 mbar [o.14 psi]. Materials of construction include: body of forged brass, conical tempered spring in ss316, inner valve of hostaform, valve face of nbr rubber, ends screwed bsp female x female ends, etc. Technical specifications include test pressure shell 30 bar hydro, seat 22 bar hydro, temperature ranging from -10ºc to +80ºc, and size of ½", ¾" and 1".
