| Precision instrument co supplies flocon 3-way quick exhaust slenoid valves, series fpq 300. These slenoid valves are multipurpose, internal pilot operated type and include an over sized orifice for fast venting of cylinders and diaphragms. Slenoid valves control the flow of gases and liquids by applying pres-sure to and venting pressure from cylinders and diaphragms. These precision slenoid valves are used in applications such as pilot operators, single acting cylinders, air compressors, air motors and instrumentation. Both normally open and normally closed types of the valves are available. The body material of the precision slenoid valves is forged brass/aluminium, with pipe connections suitable for l/4&8221; and 3/8&8221; bsp/npt and resilient and teflon seating is used for tight shut off. The operating pressure is from 0.3 to 15 kg/cm*. The general-purpose solenoid enclosure is nema type 1, and weatherproof enclosure nema type 2 and 3r. All solenoid parts of the precision slenoid valves in contact with fluid media are made of 300 and 400 series stainless steel. The continuous duty moulded coil possesses class-b and f insulation. Operating voltages of the precision slenoid valves are: 24, 48, 110, 220, 440 v, 50 hz, ac and 12, 24, 48, 110, 220 v dc. The slenoid valves are made from quality materials and rigorously tested for leakage and performance. Each of the flocon 3-way quick exhaust slenoid valves is exposed to twice the rated voltage plus 1,000 v at 50 hz for 60 seconds for insulation test.
