Perfect equipments supplies polisher machine for primary as well as final polishing of rice. This polisher machine comes with polishing section comprising abrasive primary polisher and friction final polisher arranged one below the other. The primary polisher comes with 6 silicon carbide abrasive rollers acting like blades. The rice in this primary polishing chamber of this polishing machine moves by abrasive roll revolution along the direction of the mesh of the perforated steel cylinder and discharged through the outlet. The final polisher is available with screw roller to forward the rice and heavy-duty cast iron eccentric dual blade roller used for rice polishing. The polisher machine comes with feature of adjusting the polishing degree by adjusting resistance pieces and outlet lid weight. These both polishers are available with an independent cooling blower installed to blow air into the polishing chamber to cool the rice and minimizing percentage of broken rice.
