This penguin wrap master 1000c hoses are manufactured on flexible mandrels and flexible cables and can be wrapped using suitable supports. The wrapmaster 1000c machine comes in a steel fabricated body with a maintenance free rotating head and occupies minimum floor space. The wrapmaster 1000c offers production speeds upto 60m/min to ensure high productivity and is equipped with reliable and efficient positive non-slip conveyor drives. The company supplies this wrapmaster 1000c in an ergonomic machine design with plc controls to provide easy operation. The motor drives along with electronic servo motor synchronization in the wrapmaster 1000c machine makes a state-of-the-art machine. The plc of the wrapmaster 1000c is used for setting the pitch rate, tension level and speed datas. The penguin hose wrapping and unwrapping system is suitable to wrap the product spirally with tapes and separate servo motors offers the advantage of automatic brand tape placement and removal.
