• Add to Inquiry Basket | Penguin engineers provides reel wrapping machines. These wrapping machines are specially made for packing paper, film, foil and similar materials manufactured in reels. The longitudinally applied wraps are moved along the periphery with uniform overlap forming a cocoon-type packing. The reel wrapping machines are state-of-the-art machines having provision for wrapping reels over a wide range of diameters and lengths. These two-in-one machines can be instantaneously switched over from reel wrapping mode to normal pallet stretch wrapping mode by a selector switch. They can be easily integrated into conveyor lines. Significant product features include: these can be used as reel wrappers and pallet wrappers and changeover is by a single switch; counter gives stretch per cent applied and quantity of film consumed in range of reel diameters; various levels of protection can be achieved by using flexible control of turn table and reel speeds; completely automated machine; sturdy built for handling reels up to 1.5 tonne by weight; low profile height of turn table for easy loading/unloading of reels; film stretch percentage can be easily adjusted to optimise film consumption and provide sufficient protection; and ideally suited for paper, film foil, tyrecord fabrics and similar materials produced in reel form. |
