| Gerb vibration control systems specialised in vibration isolation systems has its own manufacturing facility at bangalore where it manufactures for both domestic and export orders. The company has developed a range of temperature independent viscomass [the damping medium which has a tremendous advantage to spring support some hammers directly. This systems is ideal against the disadvantages of other methods of vibration control such as tilting of hammers which is a quite expensive affair considering the never ending maintenance and shut down costs; vibration transmission which is a serious problem especially when one has a machining shop or a tool room in the vicinity; and replacement of rubber pads - rubber pads get worn out and they need a periodic replacement.
