Thermo-jet high velocity burners are ideal for multi-purpose furnaces such as one operating at 1800 °f for hardening and 1100 °f for annealing with the excess air capabilities. Thermo-jet burners can maintain furnace temperatures up to 2500 °f using any clean fuel gas or light oil with 500,000 btu/hr maximum capacities on both gas and oil for 84tj-cgo and 965,000 btu/hr for the 104tj-cgo.Turndowns are approximately 7 to 1 on gas and 3 to 1 on oil.
