Pune based vulcan eclipse manufactures eclipse tfb cgo, a dual fuel, high input burner designed for firing immersion and radiant tubes with inside diameters from 4 to 14 inches. These burners can be fired with any commercially available fuel gas or light oil. The burners have separate air, gas and oil inlets and mixing takes place internally. The tfb cgo has built in gas and atomising air adjustments, thus eliminating the requirement for limiting orifice valves in the gas line or external atomising air butterfly valves normally required for burner adjustments. Piloting is by a spark ignited by pass type gas pilot, which is an important part of the burner. An uv type scanner must be used for flame monitoring on both gas and oil firing.
