Rubber expansion bellows are manufactured right from 25 to 3000 mm nb. Belt type rubber-expansion joints are produced in any width, stretching up to 600 mm and in any continuous length according to customers` demands. They have widths, ranging from 220, 240 and 260 mm and in length, they measure up to 40 metres. Rubber expansion joints of this measurement are already in use at various power plants of the country. Flextek rubber expansion bellows and belt type expansion joints are designed as the flexible connectors, fabricated from natural or synthetic elastomer with reinforcements to provide the stress-relief in ducting system due to thermal, mechanical and other movements. They provide flexibility and concurrent movement and isolation of vibration and noise. These rubber expansion joints/ bellows are also resistant to abrasion and chemical corrosion. Some of the manufactured types include: single arch bellow/expansion joint, double arch bellow/expansion joint, multi arch bellow/expansion joint, concentric and eccentric reducer arch bellow/expansion joint and ptfe lined rubber bellow/expansion joint.
