• Add to Inquiry Basket | Tmpl machines supplies latest pcb repair and flow soldering stations. It is particularly engineered for card repair, component tinning, component soldering, etc. The pcb repair and flow soldering stations perfectly eliminates individual components from a populated pcb. It also performs resoldering the new component with least effect or for accurate tinning of components or small pcb assemblies only. A settable wave from motor driven dc pump is suitable for individual requirement. The machines contain solder pump, motor, solder pot with heaters, k-type thermocouple and pid temperature controller-cum-indicator, with leveling bolts. The ceramic insulation of the station saves the heat energy. These machines are also provided with different types of plug in ss/titanium nozzles. The company offers various types nozzles as per customer requirement. Titanium is used to manufacture most of the parts of the machines. The company also offers an interlock to prevent solder pump motor start up till the pre-set solder temperature is reached. The salient of the machines include stainless steel solder pot, digital temperature controller [pid] for solder pot, wave height controller, compact design, foot switch for wave on with analog timer, stainless steel protection plate, single phase power i/p, energy conserving ceramic insulation, height adjustable ss platform, etc
