| Preetham products manufactures simple casting solutions. The silicon rubber is used as a mould material under sufficient pressure at required temperature for taking impressions in spin casting process. The silicon rubber gets hard, leaving the impressions of the parts. Molten metal/ plastic those melt below 500°c like lead, tin and zinc alloys is poured in the rotating mould for getting desired shapes. Polyester, polyurethane and epoxies can also be used for casting process, as these materials are quick setting thermoplastics.
