The company product range includes up to 0.01 mm precision, any type of critical design and produce the component. The tool room is well supported by cad engineering department to develop any critical drawings and designs in absence of the drawings for samples. Some of the components manufactured include screws, bellows, dowell pins, stopper pins, piston pins, nozzles, special bolts and so on. The company can produce quantities from 1 to millions. In drilling machines, while doing machining operations like drilling and recessing, of wood, fibre glass, etc., a lot of dust is generated which can cause the drill head and drill bit get clogged, and reduce the efficiency of the machine. The pvc bellows not only protects the machine but also improves the efficiency. The bellows also protect operators from accidental contact with moving machine parts.
