| Magnets india provides position control units manufactured by magnet-schultz gmbh & co kg, germany. These units are applicable for contactless, wear-free and are thus reliable position controllers in systems under pressure, position control on hydraulic valves. The position control units are suitable for dry and pressure-tight application with the pressure-tight tube designed for 350 bar static pressure. A pin made of ferro-magnetic material in a pressure-tight tube, which is connected to the object to be controlled, dives into a coil. Constant frequency is supplied to this coil from an oscillator. Exceeding a certain voltage level releases the switching procedure. An evaluation switching recognizes this procedure and controls the power mosfets of both exits. Owing to the evaluation by the lvdt principle the position control is extremely safe against irradiation. Other features include: mechanically adjustable switching points, bounce-free, quick operation and extremely small hysteresis and reverse battery protection.
