| Magnets india provides position control units manufactured by magnet schultz gmbh and co kg, germany. These position control units have suitable application for contact less, wear-free and thus reliable position control in systems under pressure, eg, position control on hydraulic valves. The configuration specifications include : a pin made of ferromagnetic material in a pressure-tight tube, which is connected to the object to be controlled, dives into a coil. From an oscillator a constant frequency is supplied to this coil. Diving into the coil results into a stronger coupling between primary and secondary coil. Exceeding a certain voltage level releases the switching procedure. An evaluation switching recognises this procedure and controls the power motets of both exits. Owing to the evaluation by the lvdt principle, the position control is extremely safe against irradiation. The above product is suitable for dry and pressure-tight application with the pressure tight tube designed for 350 bar static pressure. Other features include mechanically adjustable switching points, bounce-free, quick operation and extremely small hysteresis and reverse battery protection.
