| Technique provides cylindrical wire cage spot welding machines that are useful for production of cross wire-welded cylinders. This machine can weld rings to long wires to form a cage of 8 metres to 100 mm- 300 mm smallest diameters. The company provides these machines for 8, 10, 12, 16 and 18 wires and for wire size of 3, 4 and 5 mm diameter with adjustable 100 to 300 mm ring spacing. The multi spot welding machines find applications in reinforcing dust collector canvas tubes, pre-cast cement pipes, etc. The machine comes with a plc and welder control for excellent quality and reliability and demand 50, 60 and 100 kva for 8, 10 and 12 respectively wires of 5 mm diameter, and 150 kva power for 16 and 18 wires of 5 mm diameter cages. The machine is offered for fixed number of longitudinal wires and can adopt 100 to 200 mm and 200 to 300 mm diameter changes. The company also manufactures seam welding, tin can welder, rocker arm type spot welding, spot cum projection welding, press type stitch welding, bench mounted spot welding, hot staking both manually operated and pneumatically operated brazing machine, tri-phase welder, butt welding machines, etc.
