| Electro conductive [anti-static] halar/ etfe/pfa coatings find their applications inare applied for chemical process equipment for handling corrosive chemical as well as dissipating undesirable static charge. During handling and storing of solvents or during handling or generation of fine organic powders, uundesirable static charges are generated during handling and storing of solvents or during handling or generation of fine organic powders. Some technical features of these coatings include:the electro conductive halar/etfe/pfa coatings supplied are conductive throughout its layers and dissipate static charges in less than 0.1 seconds. It reduces explosion hazard and saves loss of life and equipment. This electro conductive coating has excellent chemical resistance along with electro conductive property. It is food compatible. Further this coatingit is also economical than exotic metals like hastelloy, titanium, incolloy, menol, nickel, etc. This coating is appliedused in reaction vessels, centrifuges, receiver/dosing tanks, distillation columns, filters, pipes, fittings and valves.
