Phagwara-based lubrite industries offers pneumatic grease pump with a built-in pneumatic cylinder operated through pneumatic lines connected to its ports. Grease is ejected under pneumatic pressure from outlet port of pump body and during reverse flow of pneumatic pressure grease is sucked in the pump body. The suction of grease is made positive and easier for next pneumatic cycle by the spring force with the follower plate. The company supplies the pump body with bleed valve to bleed air entrapped in the system along with a filter regulator unit in the in-coming pneumatic line to ensure that pneumatic line to the pump is dust and moisture free.
