| Lubrite industries, in phagwara, provides multi-line mechanical lubricators that are applied in automatic centralized lubrication system for industrial, marine. And some of the other applications is the lubricant to be used is oil with numerous variety of viscosity ranging from sae 20 to sae 250. The basic unit constitutes a reservoir of appropriate capacity and the required numbers of pump units with rotatable banjo outlets. Each pump unit is fitted with a check valve. Lubricators up to 10 pumping units can be offered with 750 ml and 1.5 ltr reservoirs and 8 to 20 pump units with 4 ltr reservoirs. Reservoir capacity is matched to any particular requirement. Oil level is indicated through a sight glass on all the models. The pump drive shaft is provided with cams, one for each pair of pump units. These operate rocket arm which moves paired pistons alternately up and down in their respective cylinders. Each pump unit serves on lubrication line. The drive shaft can be rotated in either direction. The knurled knobs on top of pump body adjust the amount of lubricant delivered. The knobs are supplied with check nuts to prevent accidental movement. Flow indicator assembly includes the appropriate number of flow indicators mounted on a suitable frame. These flow indicators indicate the regularity of delivery and flow in each oil line. Flow indicators are designed to operate oils of viscosity 41 to 173 centistroke at 100[f. Heavier oil must not be used. Specifications of these machines include - recommended speed: between 10 & 100 rpm; discharge: between 0 & 1 cc per pumping unit per stroke; reservoir capacity: 750 ml, 1.5 ltrs, 4 ltrs; and pressure developed: 1000 psi without flow indicators and 500 psi with flow indicator.
