Lubrite industries, in phagwara, manufactures dual line lubrication system that comprises of reciprocating motor driven plunger pump with inbuilt gearbox. The pump incorporates a large grease reservoir with a heavy follower plate and tell tale rod. Limit switch is provided on the top of reservoir to indicate full and empty level of grease. The pump outlet is connected to direction control valve. The direction control valve gets signal from pressure switches mounted on each line. The whole system is controlled with electric control panel. Inline grease filters are provided on each line of the system. Three models with reservoir capacity 50, 100 and 150 kg are available.
