Lubrite industries has launched grease dispenser in which pneumatic cylinder is built-in and is operated through pneumatic lines connected to its ports. During the on period, predetermined grease is ejected under pneumatic pressure and during the reverse flow of pneumatics grease is pushed into the pump body. Spring force with the follower plate makes the suction of grease positive and easier for the next pneumatic cycle. A bleed valve is provided on the pump body to bleed the air captured in the system and a tell tale rod projecting through the container top indicates the remaining grease at any time. The grease dispensers are constructed with different dosages ranging from 0.5 g to 40 g.
