| Mecshot blasting equipments offers hanger type airless shot blasting machines, are available with a number of blast wheels varying according to the job size for a wide variety of workpieces for large production output in terms of surface treatment. The overhead conveyor carries the job in and out of the blast cabinet where number of blast wheels, depending on the type of the job for attaining homogenous finish. Favorable parts of the machines include blast wheel for giving high production output, overhead conveyor for job conveying and the media recovery, consisting of bucket elevator, screw conveyor, rotary screen separator, etc. And pleated bag reverse jet type dust collector. The jobs are hanged on the hangers mounted on overhead conveyor. Components pass in and out of the blasting chamber for blasting purpose. Blast wheel stations are located strategically on the cabinet fires abrasives on the components components are shot blast finished homogeneously all round. The blast job moves forward and comes out from other end for unloading of fresh job.
