• Add to Inquiry Basket | Mecshot blasting equipments offers air operated roller conveyor blasting machine for removing the defects on the edge of the stainless steel flat. The pressure-blasting machine operates on direct pressure feed system. The blasting system is continuous and uninterrupted. The flats are loaded on the roller conveyor from one side of the special blasting machine, and are offloaded from the other side after being blast cleaned automatically. This abrasive blasting machine is featured with rotating rollers, with multi-nozzles oriented at different blasting stations depending on the job profile. Used abrasive and dust created during blasting, are sucked through a duct to reclaimer, where usable grit is reclaimed and collected in a storage tank for recycling, and the dust is carried ahead and collected inside bags that are clear and is discharged into the atmosphere. The operator has only to load and unload the job on and from the rollers. Abrasive recycling is automatic and the dust generated during the blasting process is collected in the dust collector, thus keeping the environment clean and eco-friendly.
