| Environment pollution is caused by enormous quantity of industrial effluent from various industries is causing environment pollution. Handling of these effluents to make the environment safe and healthy is tthe biggest problem to tackle is handling of these effluents to make the environment safe and healthy . Ssp has innovated the zero pollution effluent treatment system [etp] for treatment of industrial effluent with economical operation and quality discharge to meet the stringent pollution control norms. Depending upon the type of effluent vvarious processes are developed for the cost effective treatment, depending upon the type of effluent. The technological solutions are available after complete research and trial run at our pilot plants. Ssp also provides the company offers zero discharge system [etp]. Basic principle of this system is concentrating the effluent and subsequently drying to a powdered form, which can be used as a alternative fuel for boilers or as an organic/inorganic fertilizer for plant growth or as land fill. The recovered water can be reused and all emissions remain within the pollution control norms.This zero discharge system finds its applications in industries like for following industrial effluents: molasses based distilleries; grain based distilleries [ddgs]; textile/dyeing industries; chemical industries; bulk drug manufacturing units; tannery industries; pharmaceutical industries; paper industries; and common effluent treatment plants. The technology of zero discharge effluent treatment system varies for different industrial effluents.
