| Das precision machine tools pvt ltd provides centrifuge machines, which are applicable for separation of solids from liquids. The system is appropiate for water-soluble coolants as well as for straight cutting oils, which are used in operations such as grinding, honing, lapping and other super finishing work. These units are available as fully automatic systems, as well as semi-automatic systems. Advantages of this type of machines include: no filter media such as elements and paper, hence there will not be choking, so it is more effective for straight cutting oils; filter element replacement is not required; recurring cost of filter paper is not involved; efficient with both magnetic as well as non-magnetic impurities; filtration level is 20 microns right from the beginning. The other models available are ac-75 and ac-150. Specifications of the ac-30 are as follows: * capacity: 30 lit/min * level of filtration: 20 microns * main electric motor of centrifuge: 3hp, 1500 rpm * electric motor of scraper: 0.25hp, 1500 rpm * clutch unit: 180 vdc * centrifuge speed: 3000 rpm * scraper seed: 20 rpm.
