| Esab india offers portable profile cutting machines. Cub mk ii a is a very popular gas profile cutting machine suitable for small workshops and maintenance departments. The machine is a cross carriage type with a rigid tracing table. The magnetic tracer traces the mild steel template and profile is cut as per the shape of the template. The machine is able to cut any profile within a rectangle of 785 x 660 mm and up to 75 mm thickness of mild steel. The motor has a potentiometer speed control system. The fuel gas can be acetylene or lpg by using appropriate nozzle. Flamingo is a portable light weight radial arm profile cutting machine, able to cut profile of 30 mm to 2,000 mm through suitably mounting templates on the machines. The machine has a magnetic tracer to trace the mounted template and the profile is cut. The machine can be placed directly on the plate to be cut and is easily molvable as it is mounted on four ball castors. The radial arm has thrust ball and needle roller bearings for free and frictionless movements for accuracy in cutting. The motor has a solid state control for accurate speed and stepless control. The cutting capacity is 3 mm to 150 mm mild steel. Acetylene and lpg fuel gases are usable with appropriate nozzle. Flamingo is a versatile and useful machine for small and medium fabrication units.
