| Photon controls routinely supplies microcontroller based digital counters for various requirements of process controls. The range of products from photon controls includes event counters, batch counters, length counters, production, rpm totalisers, etc. Specifications: these units are available in standard panel cutouts like 48 x 96, 96 x 96 and 72 x 72 mm. Special counter can be provided in 29 x 55 mm which is the smallest in category and can work an 12 v ac supply. Pulse input can be from any inductive/photo/capacitive/magnetic proximity sensor or mechanical contact. Back up facilities like non-volatile memory, last count retention in case of power failure and total solid-state design makes it highly reliable. Features of the microcontroller based digital counter: scale factor, auto reset time adjustment, manual reset are available through front panel. Applications of the digital counter are in batch processing, production counting, length counting, etc.
