• Add to Inquiry Basket | Arhan technologies, which is a partner for monotzukuri solutions, has manufactured endo ewf series-new generation spring balancers. They are durable, safe and ergonomic. It includes features lke: fully enclosed housing, eliminating any potential pinch points around drum, and a patented plastic wire guide at the entrance space of cable to protect casing wear. The ewf series balancers have a wide range of models from 9kg to 120 kg capacity and include manual drum lock. Due to this manual lock, drum will not be able to rotate that allows for easy change out or maintenance of tools. The springs are enclosed in a cassette for the purpose of easy and safe repair. The spring balancers use a taper drum so that changeable torque will be constant and contribute to fatigue reduction for operator on the production line. The salient features are: fully enclosed housing to eliminate potential pinch points around drums, which allows safe working environment; endo spring balancers offer true zero gravity, with no drifting or strain; tapered drum, quality springs and bearing provide smooth cable travel throughout the stroke for better ergonomic working; a plastic wire guide set to protect case wear against spring friction with the casing; quality cast aluminum case and forged swivel hook; tension adjustment is easy precise; and world class endo product quality and reliability.
