| Maco corporation [india] markets rotating unions that are originally manufactured by deublin of usa. Drilling rigs are required for petroleum mining operations and all these drilling rigs use air clutches and brakes. Deublin air service unions supply air to activate clutches and brakes and the draw work, which is used for lowering and lifting the pipe requires a specially designed union for rig service. The rotating union consists of two passages, one for channelizing air to a clutch which elevates the pipe and the other for transmitting of cool water to lower the pipe. Moreover, water service unions supply water to wash out mud from the drill tips of blast hole rigs. Rotating unions can survive shock and vibration and can last even severe operating conditions.
