The presence of silicon carbide seals, aluminium slinger assembly, stainless steel springs, anodized aluminium housing and viton o-rings make them special products for these applications. Wear resistant silicon carbide seals extend filtration capacities to 20 microns. An aluminium slinger arrangement directs any eventual seal leakage away from the bearings. This prevents bearing contamination and failure. These models have a full flow design that helps in smooth unrestricted coolant flow. These unions can take coolant pressures up to 1,000 psi and speeds up to 10,000 rpm.
