These pyrometers use a totally new approach to remote temperature measurement, providing highly accurate, non-contact measurement of true aluminium regardless of target emissivity and intermediate conditions. These 3t products can handle unstable target and intermediate conditions, that are common in aluminium, steel and other metal industry and still indicate the target temperature with a high degree of accuracy. Temperature control productivity and quality tests performed on these pyrometers under actual production conditions have proven that the pyrometers have a temperature measurement error of less than 1 per cent regardless of emissivity or intermediate conditions and fluctuations. The products are unique in their ability to handle smoke, dust and water vapour, which typify the harsh conditions of aluminium extrusion lines. Unlike any other pyrometers, the products are not affected by changes in the target emissivity and by other factor, such as profile shape and alloys, roughness and reflection. The system is capable of measuring all aluminium profiles with no further setup procedure.
