| Bharat machine tools supplies an all geared head precision lathe machine, model gnm-1. Salient features of this all geared head precision lathe machine: is-20/25 graded castings; rigid and box section type 240 mm wide bed provides maximum torsional stiffness; rigid and accurate, alloy steel, hardened and ground, main spindle mounted on precision taper roller bearings; apron with oil bath; thread and feed mechanism interlocked [only one can be engaged at a time]; camlock clamping for tailstock with bed; all components are machined using jigs and fixtures on imported mother machine tools to be close tolerances thus providing easy interchange-ability; norton gearbox for easy selection of wide range of feeds and threads; wide variety of optional accessories for higher productivity; all major castings are artificially seasoned for retaining built-in accuracy; critical components are machines on imported machine tools; induction hardened and alloy steel gears of headstock mounted on precision splined shaft and running oil bath; flame hardened and ground bed for sustained accuracy; alloy steel lead screw threads produced on wmv imported thread milling machine; and each machine tested as per is 1878-1993 standard. Standard accessories: 2 hp electric motor, v-belts, carrier plate, centre adopter, 2 dead centre mt 3, tool post spanner, thread dial indicator, instruction manual, and a set of changed gears/beam packing. Optional accessories of the all geared head precision lathe machine: face plate, steady rest, follow rest, taper turning attachment, quick change tool post, machine lamp, coolant equipment, chuck flange, four jaw dog chuck, three jaw true chuck, and revolving centre.
