| Legris india offers dinova rings for all installations. It provides durable sealing, with three gripping bites and two ptfe seals. It ensures safety installations with a mechanical stop. These rings have resistance to aggressive fluids and high temperatures [-40 to 200 °c] ensured by ptfe seals. Dinova ring is fully interchangeable with the two-bite ring and enable use of bodies and nuts of the din range, the same operations and tool of assembly. Dinova ring has three bites, front seal and back seal. Front seal has metal/metal sealing within 24° cone and additional sealing with ptfe seals. Back seal gets into compression once crimping has been achieved. All components [ring, nut and body] include a lubricant coating, which allow easy assembly as it allows lower tightening torques without any risk of seizing. The gripping bites of dinova enable increased area of tube clamping on the bites and on the back part of the ring guaranteeing resistance to strong vibration. All din standard fittings are manufactured from drawn or forged steel according to din 3859-1 norm. These components are approved by a number of qualified certification bodies.
