| Express commercial corporation offers flex-o-line, a flexible coolant system [fcs] manufactured by pacoline industries. Unique ball and socket design gives full hanta adjustability for position and length. Bending in this system does not decrease the inside diameter of the passage as it doe! in copper or steel tubing and hence there is no volume loss. Being electrically non-conductive, this is ideal for use as an edm flushing hose. Flex-o-line withstands all spring back and machine vibrations, and remains steady in all positions. Unlike metal hose, fcs does not damage machine tool cutters if contact occurs. Fcs is manufactured in premium grade material, which is chemically resistant to all coolants, petroleum products and common chemicals like acetone, alcohol commercial, greases, lacquer solvent, oils and sodium hydroxide. Also available in a special acid resistant grade, fcs is designed for low-pressure application. Maximum pressure for the hose system varies with the length of the hose and diameter of the selected nozzle and the bending angle.
