| Swati pulley co offers variable speed fixed centre drives. These drives are designed for use on those machines, where higher ratios and compact size form the main criteria such as printing, packaging and pharmaceutical machines, conveyor belts, machine tools and other applications.. The fixed centre drive includes two variable speed pulleys and a variable speed belt. One pulley is mechanically adjustable and the other is spring loaded. The mechanically adjustable pulley is placed on the driving shaft. Variation of the output speed is obtained by the screw spindle provided on the mechanically adjustable pulley obtains variation of the output speed. The characteristics of the spring loaded pulley are such that an ideal pressure is exerted on the variable speed belt assuring maximum power transmission. It attains wide speed of ratio up to 1:6 . Both pulleys are plated providing the drive exceptional wear and corrosion resistance and partial lubrication properties. The pulley is dynamically balanced, bores are pre-broached to h7 tolerance, and keyways conforms is:2710 specifications. These drives can be placed in both u as well as z arrangements.
