• Add to Inquiry Basket | Apple rubber industries provides standard rubber "silicone rubber". The silicone extruded profile are all made from silicone rubber. These profiles are compatible with high temperatures of 250 degree c, without affecting its physical properties which ensures good ageing life of the product.

These silicone extruded profiles have good resistance properties.
Made from food grade, non toxic and medical grade silicone.
Available in different shape and size, in hard and soft material in different colour and hardness.
Available in imported and indian grade silisatic silicone transparent tubings.
All profiles are processed as per "ari 40", ari "50" and ari "65" formulation specifications.
High purity cured silicone is used in tubing, hose and molded products.
Manufacturing, inspection & packing performed in class 1000 clean room environments.
All products are traceable from start to finish from production, inspection, and final shipment.
Stable through out a temperature range of -100 degree f to 450 degree f, without being unaffected in material properties.
Capable of multiple autoclaving.
Resistance to adhesion of blood, and tissue due to the exceptional smoothness of it`s inner diameter and physical properties.
Resistant to moisture, ozone, compression set, radiation, weathering and various other chemical agents.
Established determination of molecular weight.
Complying to fda cfr 26-177.2600 and british pharmacopoeia standards.
