These tubings are manufactured from bio-pharmaceutical grade silicone rubber. In the manufacturing process of tubing ,hose or molded silicone rubber products, only high purity cured silicone is used. The silicone products are processed to "ari 40", ari "50" , ari "65" formulation specifications. Manufacturing, inspection and packing all are performed in a class 1000 clean room environment. Every products can be monitored at all phases from production, inspection, up to final shipment. All these products provided by apple rubber industries are unique in its nature, being supported technically by ari team. Quality is at the topmost priority of apple rubber industries along with providing value to the customers.

Stable through out the temperature range of -100 degree f to 450 degree f.
Ari silicones are capable of multiple autoclaving.
Resistance to adhesion of blood and tissue due to the exceptional smoothness of it`s inner diameter and physical properties.
Resistance to moisture, ozone, radiation, compression, weathering and to various other chemical agents.
Comes with physieo-chemical testing for plastics.
Products comply to fda cfr 26-177.2600 and british pharmacopoeia standards
Established determination of molecular weight and its distribution.
Established determination of extractables.
Usp23 class vi test data on finished products is available.
