| Separation engineers manufactures deburring/ finishing machines. These machines are used for processes like deburring, degreasing, derusting, corner reducing, smoothening, burnishing, polishing, de-flashing, pre-plating finishing and ra value improvement. The applications of the deburring machine also extends to uses in metallic/ non-metallic components, bearing accessories, hand tools, cutlery, press parts, automobile parts, surgical and orthopedic parts, electrical switch gears, forgings and castings, etc. The machines are available from 25 to 1200 liter capacity. It is used to make components and media along with compound roll, resulting in deburring, finishing, descaling, discolouring, burnishing, smoothening and brightening of components. Features of the finishing machinethe components to be deburred/ finished are loaded into the bowl/ barrel along with a specific proportion of media, water and finishing compound. The finish depends on the type and size of media, type and composition of chemicals and cycle time. Other products manufactured by separation engineers: ball burnishing machines, vibratory dryers, trough vibrators, noise reduction cover, vibrating screens and separators.
