Jyoti cnc automation manufactures and supplies turning centres latest turning centres that provide heavy cuts and faster production. They have rigid bed and single piece 30 degrees slant saddle, which is made of grade cast iron. This structure provides stability and minimum distortion. These turning centres provide higher surface finish even on hard materials without vibration. World-class machinery are used to manufacture the main spindle and consequently kept in a dust-free environment. These spindles are housed in cartridges with three super precision angular contact bearings in the front and two angular contact bearings at the rear end. This special built up takes care of radial and axial loads. Closed grain fg 260 casting are used to make the headstock. This headstock contains fins for better heat dissipation. The machine has manually movable tailstock with hydraulically actuated quill, high-speed and high precision bi-directional servo turret and hydraulic clamping system. The company provides tailstock with hydraulic movement as an option. Only 0.5-second time is required for the tool change. With the help of newly designed operator panel the machine is user friendly.
