• Add to Inquiry Basket | Unitech microcomponents provides stamping presses from ing yu precision industries, taiwan. These high-speed, high-precision stamping presses are used for mass-production of a wide variety of parts. The civic series is available from 15-45 t and operates at speeds up to 1,300 spm. These are specifically designed for terminals, connectors, small laminations and other small parts.
The accuracy exceeds that of jis class special and matches the accuracy of a precision die-set, thus offering unmatched die life and part accuracy. The press features a unique plunger guide with two rear post guides with hydrostatic bearings. Other state-of-the-art features are dynamic balancer, motorised slide adjustment with digital readout, automatic slide locking air cushion anti-vibration pads, interface for sensors and accessories, and an intelligent microprocessor control system. It is fitted with an integrated high speed gripper feeder.
