Seco tools india manufactures simple design, effective, accurate, modular and adjustment free throw away head reamer `precimaster`. These head reamers are available in sizes ranging from 4 to 60 mm. The seco precimaster offers internal through coolant. The precimaster head reamers is composed of a body and a removable head and comes with a clamping system guarantees high precision and repeatability. It allows an accurate repositioning of the cutting head to achieve h7 tolerance. As the clamping / unclamping screw is located on the side of the tool body it becomes easy to change the reaming head without removing the tool from the spindle. The best possible performance can be achieved by the choice of four grades in all material groups: reaming 20 mm h7, material group: group 4 - carbon steel / medium hard steel, reamer head part number: pm 50 - 20h7 - eb845 cp20, tool body part number: pm08 - 08200 - 20n1, reaming depth: 28 mm, stock allowance: 0.15 mm to the diameter, cutting speed vc: 80m / min, spindle speed n: 1274 rpm, feed per rev.F: 0.5 mm / rev and feed vf: 637 mm/min.
