Cenlub industries, a specialist in lubrication systems, supplies a no-drip pneumatic shot lubricator for open trolleys [inside out] and chain pins [through the beam] of the "i" beam conveyor.
A programmable count controller with microprocessor and a low level float switch, a low level indicator light and a two gallon steel reservoir are the characteristic constituents of this efficient lubricator. The lubricant volume for each lube point is adjustable from. 003 cc minimum to .03 cc maximum per lube point, per shot.
The lubricator is specifically designed for all types and varieties of lubricants with viscosities from iso 2 to iso 100 [dry-film to sae 30] that are compatible with viton seals.
The lubricator requires a minimum of 60 psi compressed air and 120/240v ac, 50/60 hz power supply for operation. The unit is mounted on a 24" long modified section of "i" beam. The lubricator will operate at conveyor speeds of up to 80 feet per minute and with travel in either direction.
