| Automobile clutch liners are required to be tested rigorously for finding out average life and frictional properties of clutch liner under various field conditions, which are to be simulated on dynamometer. Tal manufacturing solutions limited, pune, supplies such a clutch lining dynamometer for a similar purpose. This is an instrument used for testing average life of clutch lining and frictional properties of clutch lining. Salient features of this clutch-lining dynamometer are as listed: quickly adjustable inertia wheels; dc motor with drive for continuous variation of speed from 0 to 100 per cent; rugged construction for long service life; inertia wheels balanced to fine grade for silent and vibration-free operation; plc-based control, with pc for user interface, which records input data and output readings for records and analysis.
