| Tal manufacturing manufactures v500 plus advanced vertical machining centre. The vertical machining centers are available with salient features to meet customer requirements as well as complex machining requirements. This v500 vertical machining center has a great combination of 10-8,000 rpm speed and siemens 802 d sl pro controller for superior control and high accuracy precision lm guides. The v500 plus vertical machining centers come with technical specifications like x, y and z axis with 1,020 x 660 x 600 mm strokes and traverse cutting feed rates in 1-10,000 mm/ min axes. The vertical machining centers provide speed and motion control for performing high-speed machining in multi-axis contouring applications. Contributing to this is powerful tool clamping and high quality cast iron structures. The company supplies this vertical machining centers with coolant and chip management option for high performance cutting, enhanced ergonomics and safety system for operators, set-up, and maintenance. The vertical machining centers are provided with salient features like cad optimized rigid construction, 20 tool atc, chip flushing at base, absolute encoders for all axes, steel telescopic covers for all axis, c3 class ball screws for all axis, and high capacity coolant system. The new v500 is particularly useful in component machining like intermediate plates, cylinder block, cylinder head and various other machining applications.
