the need for parking slots in commercial areas has gone up considerably in metros and other towns during the last few years. The situation is only going to worsen with approximately 4.5 to 6 million cars* anticipated to hit the roads by 2010. in order to address parking problems in residential and commercial building spaces, we have partnered with korea based mp systems to introduce automated car parking systems in india. The partnership leverages the synergies arising out of tal’s experience and expertise in material handing systems and mp systems’ technical know-how in automated parking systems.
accommodating between 20 to over 5000 cars, these parking systems are not only convenient and cost effective, but also robust and easy to set-up. While high volume parking is addressed by our metrotrans, metrotower and metrocylinder parking systems, the ideal solution for parking in small areas is tal park tower elevator. It is an automated vertical car parking system available in modules of 20 and 40 car spaces, with 2 spaces per floor and 10 to 20 floors.
tal vertipark is an automated vertical car parking system designed on a modular basis and offers several benefits in the form of advanced features like:
cost effectiveness:smaller footprint and volume; shorter construction time; no costly concrete repairs / maintenance; lower liability insurance.
space optimization:the system occupies less than 20 percent of the conventional parking floor area and can even accommodate suvs.
faster retrieval time:the design incorporates faster retrieval time [average 90 seconds per car] to minimize the waiting period. This is done by a combination of quick response plc controls lifts, and turn-tables.
convenience:there is no need for customers to search for parking space or to remember location of parked vehicle;the access interface is simple and user-friendly. The control software can be integrated with nearly any permit or pay system;there are no damages or scratches on vehicles during parking and retrieval.
security:theft and vandalism are eliminated as no one enters the garage area where vehicles are stored.Accidental damage and scratches to vehicles during parking and retrieval are eliminated thus giving value for money.
aesthetics:modular construction allows the entire garage to be moved to meet changing needs.
