Minimatic machines manufactures mbc bench centers that are concentricity testers. These testers are known for fast and accurate method of inspection. Using arbour, mandrel or directly on centre the bench centers can inspect radial runout like cylindrical shaft, camshaft, crankshaft and gear teeth runout. The surface table and centers heads of the testers are made from fg-200g closed gained cast iron, seasoned and finished. The centre stock spindles are smooth lapped for accuracy of spindle height and relationship to reference slide edge. Tee slot at 45° angle on surface table and tee bolt through hole at bench centre base stocks ensure firm engagement with reference side edge of the table.
