This horizontal machining centre comprises 1,520 x 1,250 x 1,350 mm work envelope, 35 kw spindle power and tools of up to 900 mm in length. The horizontal machining centre functions impeccably with its positioning accuracy of 6 um and a repeatability of just 3 um. This machine finds its application for manufacturing cylinder blocks and heads for commercial vehicles, machinery for the agricultural and construction industries, plant components and titanium parts for the aerospace sector. This horizontal machining centre is specially designed for the precise machining of parts with a diameter and height of up to 1,500 mm. The pallet size of the machine is 800 mm x 1,000 mm. This machine is widely used by the manufacturers of components and engines for heavy goods vehicles, agricultural and construction machinery, as well as the plant construction and aerospace industry where it can be used for machining titanium parts. The machine is so stiff and rigid even when workpieces weighing up to 3,000 kg are accelerated at high speed, no dimensional deviations occur. The maximum feed rate of the machine is 50 m/min. |
