These machines are designed for machining different materials whether steel or aluminium. Highest machining process with high efficiency with fast acceleration speed, power and faster federates to achieve qualitative output of products to meet the customer demands. Symmetrical cast components assure accurate alignment and minimal thermal distortion. With high torque and acceleration integrated spindle configurations, rough and finish operations can be accomplished in a single set-up. Superb precision grade lm guide-ways are used for reduced friction and wear allowing extremely fast slide travels. Reduced cost is achieved through improved tool life, surface quality and reduced manual intervention. Model a82 brings a whole new performance level for machining mid-sized diesel engine components - or parts requiring a longer travel in the x-axis direction. Designed for unparalleled stiffness and rigidity, the a82 is the ideal machine for mid-sized diesel engine block and head machining. High thrust forces can be applied throughout the work zone without traditional limitations. Specifications: x, y, z traverse - 1100 x 820 x 1020 mm; pallet size - 630 x 800 mm; load on pallet - 1200 kg; spindle speed - 20-10000 rpm; spindle power - 35/25 kw; spindle taper - hsk a100; rapid traverse - 50 m/min; atc - 40 tools; and tool changing time - 1.7 sec.
