This servo-drive machine has length accuracy of +/- 30 microns, a must for cold forging and many more applications. With its precise cut length, good surface finish and face squareness, facing operation is not required. The achievable surface finish is around 1.6 ra. The machine is 3.4 times more productive than double -column band saw machine and is best for large -scale production for feeding cnc centres, forging press, auxiliaries to automobile industries and bearing recess cutting application |
